The admin coordinator will assume a pivotal role in providing essential support to the division of Infectious Diseases at the 3 Cooper Plaza clinic. The primary objective of the admin coordinator will be to deliver comprehensive clerical assistance, ensuring smooth patient access for this unique population through efficient management of provider schedules and assigned duties. This position encompasses a diverse range of responsibilities such as: Chart preparation which would include obtaining labs/records prior to patient visits Scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling patient appointments Working on lab documentation from home infusion companies Reviewing outpatient schedules within Epic for any errors/issues Entering requests for medication refills and lab scripts Working prior authorizations for MRI/CT imaging and medication Assisting with workflow related to IR drain checks Additionally, this position will contribute to the completion of various projects, further enhancing operational efficiency and excellence. Candidates with a unique skillset and experience are encouraged to apply. Friday during normal business hours 30-40 hours a week Salary Min ($): USD $20.00 Salary Max ($): USD $30.00
