Client Consultant Role
Represent Euromonitor in working with senior executives at some of the largest, well-known corporations worldwide to drive growth and retention by building credibility and confidence in Euromonitor's products and services. The Client Consultant (CC) will demonstrate that we are the world leader in data analytics and research into markets, industries, economies and consumers. Working from a named list of existing clients, CCs are expected to expand our business with them and create new relationships across these organizations leveraging our entire suite of services. This often involves engaging multiple business divisions and functions. The role also includes working very closely with the Chicago and London based Global Account Directors (GADs) and other Global Account Managers (GAMs) and Client Consultants (CCs) to foster international account growth. This will be achieved by being able to retain and grow all Euromonitor's syndicated systems as well as custom capabilities, identifying relevant client needs that can be met through Passport, our web based global analytics and consumer trend analysis platform, or Custom solutions. Success is achieved through: Identifying opportunities to add value to client relationships by assessing clients' needs and recommending new products/services from Euromonitor Continuously researching client accounts to understand their needs/goals and creating actionable business/account plans which outline sales strategies Scheduling and leading calls and meetings with clients to understand their needs and strategies (while also adding value in those discovery conversations) Expanding the network of contacts within existing client organizations Managing all stages of the sales process to achieve upsell targets Providing feedback to our product development and research teams, serving as the internal "voice of customer" Responsibilities: Understand company organization, strategy and priorities, uncovering new target groups and locating upsell and assisting to secure renewable revenue Devise and execute a strategy for each account in collaboration with the GAM and input from the GADs and manager Conduct compelling, thought-provoking client outreach to engage new and existing contacts with Euromonitor content with the goal of identifying leads for further development Collaborate with Senior Product Specialist team to optimize knowledge and resources Work with Marketing team to ensure campaigns are tailored and targeted Provide expert research support to all clients, through detailed understanding of Euromonitor's product portfolio and research methodology Implement high level engagements across accounts to elevate our Research Expertise and increase our stickiness with clients
