We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager in our Burlington, MA or Nashua, NH office. As a Senior Project Manager you will provide overall leadership as the primary point of contact responsible for overseeing projects of all sizes and complexities. They will work closely with a team of engineers and consultants to provide project direction, engineering solutions, and advice to clients to ensure positive outcomes. Their primary responsibilities will include assuring project completeness and accuracy, on-time project delivery within the monetary budget, ensuring this is done in accordance with IMEG and client standards. Senior Project Managers will also develop and enhance customer relationships by providing excellent service and exceeding client expectations. Senior project managers shall lead internal project management training and serve as a resource for other project managers within IMEG. Principal Responsibilities

Coordinate, oversee and manage projects ranging in size and complexity; Serve as the point of contact for teams and clients Collaborate with business development staff, Project Executives, Client Executives, and Market Directors/Leaders during the initial stages of project opportunities Assist Project Executives and Client Executives with design scopes of work and fee calculations for proposal generation as well as with contract reviews Create project schedules including targets for milestones and deadlines Create monthly billings and submit financial information to Accounting in a timely manner; Update billing projections and estimated completion percentage for all projects monthly Collaborate with design staff and coordinate scheduling of projects during all phases of design and construction Ensure design follows owner standards and requirements, IMEG standards, and code requirements; Ensure design milestone deliverables are achieved, IMEG and client quality control processes are completed, and construction technical support occurs in a timely manner Prepare project status reports and other documentation, schedule and lead progress meetings and provide meeting documentation Lead project interviews and project presentations Train, mentor, and motivate staff Build, maintain, and develop client relationships Respond to and resolve client/construction concerns; Manage change orders and obtain appropriate approvals Key skills and abilities needed for the position are:

Ability to make decisions, solve problems and think analytically Excellent organization, multi-tasking, and critical task scheduling skills Active listening and superior communication skills both orally and written Ability to provide clear direction, motivation, and support Ability to identify potential risks and take measures to mitigate before they negatively impact projects Ability to react quickly and positively in all communication Competency in managing large projects and/or a significant volume of small to medium projects for key clients annually Demonstrated financial success on projects managed Knowledge and understanding of Engineering disciplines, design, and technical aspects Experience with managing projects where IMEG is prime including hiring and managing subconsultants and executing subcontracts Experience with managing projects with multiple IMEG office locations, teams, and engineering disciplines Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to Word, Excel, and Outlook Ability to travel up to 25% for client project success and internal project team engagement Education and experience requirements are:

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree, or higher, in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a similar related field preferred Minimum 10 years required, 12 years preferred, of project management, construction management, or related experience IMEG, an employee-owned corporation, is committed to investing in employees' futures through professional development programs and opportunities for career advancement.
