We're expanding our self-performed services and seeking a team member who can lead the waynot just in the field, but also in shaping and setting the standards for how the work is completed to meet the "Kapi" Standard of excellence most efficiently and economically for years to come. About the Role We're hiring a Mitigation Manager to lead, build, and manage our growing mitigation division. This role is hands-on, leadership-focused, and foundational to our future. You'll start by leading field operations while building systems and training your own crew(s). As we grow, you'll help define how this department evolvesso we're looking for someone who thrives in change and wants to build, not just maintain. Key Responsibilities

Oversee daily mitigation projects (water, mold, demo, structural drying, fire and smoke cleaning) Lead field operations initially while recruiting and training a high-performance crew Document jobs accurately and ensure timely, professional execution Identify process gaps and implement improvements as we scale Work closely with leadership on strategy, staffing, and service development What Sets This Role Apart
