A Day in the Life: As the Director of National Accounts, youll be at the forefront, leading and turbocharging the team of National Account Managers (NAMs) to accelerate business growth across vibrant territories. Youll work closely with internal teams, bottlers, and key stakeholders to ensure account excellence and align with our strategic business objectives, maintaining the momentum that defines Monster Energy. The Impact Youll Make: Demonstrate a passion for understanding practices, trends and technology affecting the business, industry and marketplace. Leverage understanding of key business drivers such as customers, consumers, competitors, and MEC to get results. Manage account communication regarding promotional activity and execution opportunities. Maintain customer focus to proactively identify opportunities to improve service to the customer, quickly and effectively responds to customer issues, partners with other departments to meet customer needs. Understand and anticipate how business plans and actions will impact both MEC and the customer financially. Act to proactively resolve issues and identify improvement, i.e., finding solutions for unique market demands. Make sound trade-offs of time, effort and resources to effectively manage multiple demands. Demonstrate ability to synthesize data to accurately assess situations and find actionable solutions. Understand the long-term business and financial implications of decisions made. Who You Are: Prefer a Bachelors Degree in the field of Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of study Experience Desired: More than 7 years of experience in retail sales Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory reports. Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $112,500-$150,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
