We're searching for an experienced housekeeper with management experience to ensure our hotel is impeccably clean for our guests. Job duties include cleaning guest rooms, supervising housekeeping staff, responding to guest requests, managing housekeeping supply inventory, and other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and manage the housekeeping team, including room attendants and laundry staff • Conduct daily inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces for cleanliness and maintenance issues • Ensure all rooms and spaces meet cleanliness standards and brand expectations • Assign daily duties to the housekeeping staff • Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and guest amenities; order supplies as needed • Stock inventory closets and ensure linen and supply closets are clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times • Implement and enforce safety and cleanliness protocols • Assist with hands-on cleaning tasks during busy periods or when staff coverage is low • Coordinate with maintenance and front desk teams to address guest requests and room readiness • Handle guest complaints related to housekeeping professionally and promptly • Maintain records of room occupancy, cleaning tasks, deep cleans, and inspections • Ensure all staff adhere to hotel policies and procedures

Qualifications

• A High school diploma or GED is required • Strong understanding of environmental services (EVS) including cleaning processes and how to use a variety of cleaning supplies and equipment • At least 3 years of experience in a senior role in the housekeeping department • 2+ years of hospitality or guest services experience • Applicants should be excellent leaders, detail-oriented, and demonstrate a commitment to customer service
