The opportunity: We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Manufacturing within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results. As a Senior Technology Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will interact with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring that newly implemented technology solutions meet their needs. Your collaboration with technical teams will be essential in designing and delivering effective system architecture solutions. Your key responsibilities include: Interacting with business stakeholders to evaluate business models and processes. Analyzing newly implemented technology solutions to verify they meet business requirements. Collaborating with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions. Act as a Subject Matter Resource (SMR) for SAP Manufacturing during project implementations. Facilitate design workshops and discussions, gather requirements, and recommend tailored S/4 HANA best practices. Successfully guide the implementation of these solutions within client SAP ecosystems. Demonstrate in-depth functional capabilities of SAP Production Planning (PP) and associated modules, coupled with a strong business acumen. Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results. Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels. Skills and attributes for success: To excel in this role, you will need a combination of technical and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial. Strong analytical and decision-making abilities. Proficiency in technology business requirements definition and analysis. Experience in system configuration design and technology cost-benefit analysis. Ability to manage client relationships and communicate with impact. To qualify for the role, you must have: A bachelor's degree. Typically, no less than 2 - 4 years of related work experience in a functional capacity with exposure to the SAP Production Planning (PP) module. A minimum of 2 years of experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4 HANA systems, specifically within the SAP manufacturing domain. Experience with configuration, master data and end to end understanding of the SAP PP module. Strong technical skills in application functional design. Expertise in technology business requirements definition, analysis, and mapping. Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills as well as experience with delivering work products including but not limited to business process design documents and functional specification documents. Ability and comfort level researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies. A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%. Ideally, you'll also have: Prior consulting industry experience or deep functional experience in the manufacturing space. Experience with SAP external integrations to MES, MII, ME, DMC, etc. SAP certifications in SAP Manufacturing, Quality Management (QM) or related modules in the production execution space. Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of SAP PP or QM. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
