This role is pivotal in shaping how prospective and existing clients adopt our Managed Services, Software as a Service (SaaS), and Cloud-based solutions within the Treasury and Capital Markets landscape. The ideal candidate combines deep technical acumen with strong client-facing skills, translating complex business needs into strategic and scalable solutions. As a Solutions Consultant Lead, you will serve as a trusted advisor to financial institutions across the Americas, helping them modernize their operations through cloud-based and managed service offerings. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Service Delivery teams to craft value-driven solution proposals and demonstrations that reflect a deep understanding of the financial services domain. The Solutions Consultant Lead is a highly skilled functional and technical domain specialist, often with over 10 to 15 years of experience in financial services, consulting, or enterprise software. Your primary responsibility is to partner with sales teams and the broader ecosystem to understand, identify, and qualify client needs, then design and position tailored solutions that deliver measurable business value. They lead solution discovery workshops, craft compelling demonstrations, and manage the end-to-end engagement processfrom initial qualification through to proposal, stakeholder alignment, and contribute with post-sale customer success. Your strategic input will influence go-to-market positioning and shape how our Managed Services and SaaS offerings evolve to meet the region's demands. What will you contribute? You will play a key role in expanding the company's footprint by articulating how our solutions help clients reduce IT complexity, improve operational resilience, and accelerate time-to-value through our cloud-native infrastructure and managed services platform. In close partnership with Sales, Marketing, Global Services and the Customer Value Team you will develop client-specific narratives, proposals, and presentations that highlight business outcomes, technical feasibility, and implementation strategies aligned to client goals. You will actively engage in discovery sessions, RFI/RFP responses, solution mapping, and proof-of-value exercises to support the full sales lifecycle. Your thought leadership will also be essential in representing the company at industry events, supporting analyst engagements, and contributing to strategic initiatives that help differentiate our offerings in an increasingly competitive environment. Responsibilities & Deliverables: Your deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following: Solution Design & Positioning: Craft tailored solutions that address business, operational, and regulatory needs using our cloud and managed service platforms for Treasury and Capital Markets. Pre-Sales Engagements: Lead discovery sessions, product demonstrations, RFP responses, and workshops that clearly communicate the value of SaaS and Managed Services to senior client stakeholders. Value Proposition Development: Translate technical features into business benefits and quantify ROI through cost-benefit analysis and operational impact assessments. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure client requirements are accurately reflected in proposed solutions. Thought Leadership & Enablement: Produce white papers, presentation content, and internal enablement materials to help scale knowledge around cloud, SaaS, and managed service trends in financial services. Value-led engagements: Led through value with storytelling at the forefront of presenting the solution to a problem, are persona-oriented and validate realized value at every stage of the engagement, always aligned with business objectives. The Solutions Consulting Lead excels in both in-person and virtual presentation environments, being able to structure value and keep audience attention even in remote presentations, has clear domain of the right technical setup to maintain presence in digital formats. Strong client-focus and impeccable professional integrity 10+ years of experience in pre-sales, solutions consulting, or technical sales within financial software or enterprise SaaS platforms. Experience working on SaaS, Managed Services projects is preferred Strong knowledge of Treasury and Capital Markets operations, instruments, and regulatory frameworks in the Americas Deep understanding of Managed Services and their commercial, operational, and security implications in enterprise financial environments Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), including architecture patterns, migration strategies, and cloud-native application delivery Proven ability to lead complex pre-sales cycles, from initial discovery through technical validation and proposal delivery Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex topics into client-relevant narratives for both business and technical audiences Track record of engaging with C-level stakeholders in banks, asset managers, or other type of financial institutions Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence internal teams and build consensus around solution strategy Fluency in English and Spanish; professional proficiency in Portuguese is highly desirable Experience supporting RFP/RFI processes, including writing technical and functional responses that align with business needs Extensive experience with ITIL, SOC2, ISO27001, and other standards relevant to Managed Services and SaaS governance Client-centric and outcome-focused, with a strong sense of ownership and responsiveness in fast-paced sales environments.
