Consulting Principal
As a Consulting Principal, you will make an impact by leading Organizational Change Management (OCM) engagements within our Post-Merger Integration Advisory practice. This role is ideal for a seasoned consulting leader passionate about transformation, stakeholder engagement, and delivering measurable business outcomes. You will partner with Fortune 2000 clients to drive strategic change initiatives, particularly in SAP-enabled transformations, and play a key advisory role to senior executives including CIOs, CTOs, and CEOs. We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in the United States. Lead end-to-end change management for SAP S/4HANA and ECC implementations. Develop and execute comprehensive change strategies including stakeholder engagement, workforce transition, training, and communications. Conduct impact analyses and readiness assessments to ensure successful adoption. Apply structured methodologies and tools to manage change across ERP and digital transformation programs. Identify and mitigate change risks and resistance points. Establish metrics to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate change management into project delivery. Coach and mentor project teams on change management best practices. Contribute to practice development through thought leadership, reusable frameworks, and industry research. 12+ years of experience in leading large-scale OCM and training initiatives. Proven success in SAP transformation programs, including Enable Now or WalkMe on S/4HANA. Strong background in stakeholder engagement, communication strategy, and training delivery. Experience in client-facing consulting roles, with at least 2 years leading digital technology teams. Demonstrated ability to identify consulting opportunities and contribute to proposal development. Passion for building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of excellence. The annual salary for this position is between $165,000 - $194,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
