You'll play a pivotal role in identifying and hiring top talent across departments, from entry-level to executive roles. What You'll Do
Own full-cycle recruiting across functions including IT, marketing, operations, and business development Source active and passive candidates using platforms like LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networks Partner with hiring managers to tailor recruitment strategies to specific team needs Streamline recruiting operations, maintain compliance, and enhance the candidate experience Manage ATS pipelines and candidate communication throughout the process Coordinate interviews, feedback, offers, pre-employment screening, and onboarding with HR Track and report on key recruiting metrics and trends Support projects related to employer branding, referral programs, and diversity hiring Serve as a talent ambassador and champion of Cydcor's culture What You Bring
24 years of full-cycle recruiting experience across a range of functions and levels Strong sourcing skills and comfort working independently Proven ability to improve recruiting workflows and outreach strategies Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Highly organized and able to juggle multiple roles in a fast-paced setting Experience with ATS tools and recruiting analytics Bachelor's degree preferred Bonus Points For
