The Monitor Technician is responsible for the ongoing surveillance of patient cardiac monitors/remote telemetry and provides RNs and/or clinicians with immediate notification of any changes in cardiac rhythms. Qualifications
Required: High school diploma or GED Must hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support. Preferred: One (1) year of experience as a Monitor Technician Successful completion of a basic arrhythmia course or equivalent coursework. CRAT (Certified Rhythm Analysis Technician) Certification through CCI. Visual color acuity depending on the role in specific units Work Hours:
1900-0700 Weekend Requirements:
