As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing direct and indirect clinical services to individuals facing a range of behavioral health disorders, personal problems, domestic violence, and personality disorders. Your responsibilities will include developing and supervising client treatment programs, conducting individual, family, and group psychotherapy sessions, managing your case load, and assisting in the development of permanency plans for clients and their families. Additionally, you will be involved in intake assessments, interviews, documentation, discharge planning, and liaison activities with various agencies and organizations to ensure continuity of patient care and support. To excel in the role of Therapist, candidates must possess strong interpersonal skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality care are essential for success in this position.
