Student Assistant 2
The Tilmon Lab is looking to hire a Student Assistant 2 to collaborate on various research projects in the Agronomic Crop Entomology Lab. Candidates will work with the supervisor to coordinate insect monitoring research projects across the state and various field research projects. Candidate should have prior experience with MS Excel, data entry, data analysis. Candidate should be willing to learn ARC GIS and developing maps from data. Candidate will be expected to help maintain lab space and lab vehicle throughout the duration of employment. Responsibilities will be moderate and less routine and will require responsibility and good judgement. May coordinate activities for other student employees. Requires providing excellent customer service, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a professional environment. Requires previous experience and knowledge or skill in student assistant role. Represent the department and the university with the highest degree of integrity applying OSU mission and shared values.
