Join a winning team, advance your career, and grow individually. Receptionist Responsibilities: Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude. Assisting clients in finding their way around the office. Announcing clients as necessary. Helping maintain workplace security by checking and maintaining visitor logs. Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including copying, faxing, and taking notes. Answering phones, screening, and routing calls in a professional manner. Assisting colleagues with administrative tasks. Provide excellent customer service. Scheduling appointments, when necessary. Keep reception area and break room clean and organized. Receptionist Requirements: Prior experience as a receptionist or in a related field, preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent. Consistent, professional dress, and manner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Good time management skills. Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping with various tasks as required. Compensation: $14-15 per hour Health/Vision/Dental/Aflac available after 30 days. Paid Time Off after 90 days. 8 paid holidays. Schedule: 7:30 - 4:30 Monday to Friday (1 hour lunch)
