Job Description

The Regional Sales Director integrates the roles of sales manager and strategic market planning manager to achieve organic growth for the assigned region of Eurofins Environment Built Environment Testing (EBET). The Sales Director position has two main functions, which are managing and mentoring assigned Account Executives (AEs) to individual/team performance expectations, and partnering with operations and other internal teams to drive strategic plans to meet the overall Eurofins Built Environment Testing Environment business strategy. The assigned region consists of the Western States and candidates must be residing in either Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, or Las Vegas metropolitan areas.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Recruit, manage, evaluate, train, mentor and support assigned AEs. Work with Sales Teams, Business Unit Managers (BUMas), Client Relationship Executives (CREs), and other EBET employees and teams to organically grow

LIMS assigned region. Field sales management, including on-site client visits with AEs, which will include considerable travel. Develop and execute laboratory specific marketing & sales plans supportive of EBET

organic growth objectives. Foster EBET’s national account program development consistent with EBET-wide organic growth objectives. Work closely with Eurofins Environment Environment Testing Marketing center and EDS teams to implement EBET marketing program, including proposing items for inclusion in marketing activity plans. Drive revenue targets in specialty segments.

Qualifications

BS/BA required (Preferably in Science or related field), MBA desirable Minimum 10 years progressively successful supervisory experience preferred. A minimum of 5 years of sales and sales management experience - preferably in the environmental laboratory business. Travel is required Lab experience and/or exposure to the environmental industry. Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship Professional working proficiency in English is a requirement, including the ability to read, write and speak in English Candidates must be residing in either Los Angeles, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Phoenix, or Las Vegas metropolitan areas Skills and Ability:

Extensive knowledge of general business terms and concepts. Prior management experience. Sales techniques – with emphasis on sales management. Leadership Management Communication Supervision Organization and planning Selling Work with minimal supervision Work with changing priorities Work in a matrix/team environment

Additional Information

This position is full-time hours and exempt from overtime pay.

Compensation Range: Starting at $115,000 - $165,000 annually depending on experience

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) provides a compensation range for informational purposes, the actual base compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience and skill set, base compensation of internal peers, business section, and geographic location
