We offer our customers a carefully curated selection of exceptional products from over 700 of the world's leading brands across multiple categories: fashion, beauty & fragrances, watches & jewelry, and wines & spirits. We are currently searching for an experienced and motivated Sales Associate, Burberry to work Full-Time in our Los Angeles International Airport store in Tom Bradley International Terminal. This is an hourly non-exempt, union position with a starting pay rate of $24.50 per hour. Position is eligible for commission and benefits. The Role:
As the Sales Associate, Burberry, you will be the brand ambassador and a smiling face of DFS. Every customer you approach will see you as the face of our brand. You will be a critical link between the product and the customer. You will provide luxury customer service, build customer loyalty and relationships while challenging yourself with the sales and productivity targets. Selling via the Best Customer Experience: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing merchandise while demonstrating your excellence in customer service Provide a unique one-on-one consultation; cultivate loyal customers by offering professional advice on product assortment Complete customer transactions in a professional and timely manner Identify customer's temperaments and recommend products that suit their style Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner Assist other sales staff in peak periods to ensure customers in all areas are attended to promptly, with waiting time reduced to the minimum Floor and Product Presentation: Ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand and DFS requirements Maintain reasonable stock levels of all merchandise in the department Be familiar with the store layout; direct customers to merchandise, services, and facilities as appropriate Assist the Management team in the coordination and execution of merchandising activities, e.g. inventory management, promotional activities, and merchandise stock flow Ideal Candidate: 2+ years of luxury retail experience; previous fashion, customer service, hospitality services, or luxury brand experience preferred Comfortable with one-on-one elevated customer service; clienteling experience Familiar with using the POS Terminal; with accurate and quick transaction handling ability Ability to work flexible hours/shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
