Your Role: As the Loan Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the daily operations of our lending platform. You will oversee the full lifecycle of construction draw management, ensure accurate and timely reporting, and manage borrower communications for loans that require attention. This is a high-impact, detail-oriented position. Your ability to manage processes, collaborate across teams, and resolve issues with professionalism will be key to maintaining the health of our loan portfolio and delivering exceptional service to our borrowers. work from home most days Be a key member of a small team Fast paced startup environment, global team Help real people succeed in business 100% health, dental and life insurance covered by employer 401K match Unlimited vacation and sick days Opportunities for advancement to more senior roles Key Responsibilities: Construction Draw Management: Calculate and process rehab draw disbursements on a daily basis Coordinate with borrowers, inspectors, and internal teams to verify draw requests Maintain accurate records of all draw activity and budget tracking Loan Reporting & Data Management: Generate and maintain reports related to loan servicing, loan status, delinquencies, and other key performance indicators Assist with the upkeep of internal loan management systems Provide insights and trend analysis to support portfolio decisions Asset Management: Proactively engage with borrowers to resolve delinquencies and past due accounts Monitor loan performance and work collaboratively with internal teams to identify and resolve issues early Support investor and internal reporting on delinquent loans and recovery efforts General Operations: Tackle a range of operational tasks as needed to support the lending and servicing teams Identify process improvements to enhance speed, accuracy, and customer experience Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required Minimum 5 years of experience in real estateexperience can include roles in lending, brokerage, real estate investment, title, or related fields Strong understanding of real estate processes, especially as they relate to construction and loan servicing Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with borrowers and internal stakeholders High level of organization, reliability, and initiative Familiarity with loan servicing platforms, Excel, and CRM systems a plus Environment and Culture: Our days can be long, but we get rewarded for it We are driving for growth We are available and responsive We are a global team of self-starters We move fast but try not to break things We are proud to help communities rebuild
