Bridge Specialty Group is seeking a Licensed Tech to join our growing team in Charlotte, NC! The Licensed Tech provides end-to-end policy servicing, including processing endorsements, resolving inquiries, and ensuring accurate insurance submissions through strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. This role requires effective multitasking, adaptability, and a willingness to learn agricultural insurance concepts to support agents and deliver exceptional service. How You Will Contribute:

Research and verify policy-related information to support accurate and timely decision-making. Review coverage forms and underwriting requirements to ensure complete and accurate submissions. Process endorsements, resolve inquiries, and respond to agent communications professionally. Manage incoming calls and emails, provide high-quality service and efficient issue resolution. Track and prioritize tasks such as renewals, mid-term changes, and new business intake. Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative and policy servicing functions. Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn agricultural insurance concepts and terminology. Stay organized while managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Collaborate with agents and underwriters to ensure smooth policy handling and service delivery. Continue developing insurance knowledge and technical skills through ongoing learning. Licenses and Certifications:

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License Skills & Experience to Be Successful:

2+ years of experience in commercial or personal lines insurance Proficiency in agency management systems and carrier portals Demonstrated experience with submission, endorsement, and renewal processing Strong communication and customer service skills About Us:
