Your journey starts nowprotect and innovate with MANTECH! MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior AI & Machine Learning Engineer to join our team in Doral, FL. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manages and maintains the organization's AI technologies. Overseeing the installation and configuration of the AI tool suite, while ensuring availability and other performance metrics are met. Collaborate with IT Teams and other stakeholders to identify and address operational issues. Develop troubleshooting plans to be executed by junior staff members. Strong understanding of artificial intelligence technologies, as well as hands-on experience managing AI tools. Minimum qualifications: BA/BS degree or 4 additional years of experience may be exchanged in lieu of a degree. 9+ years of experience with 5+ years of position relevant experience. Experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of successfully deploying and managing AI solutions in production environments. Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn). Experience with cloud-based AI platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI Platform, Azure Machine Learning). Experience with data management and processing tools (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, SQL). Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Java. Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., CI/CD, containerization). Desired qualifications: Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps). Experience at a DoD Combatant Command (e.g., SOUTHCOM, NORTHCOM, CENTCOM, CYBERCOM, INDOPACOM, EUCOM, AFRICOM, STRATCOM, TRANSCOM, SOCOM, SPACECOM) or a component is desired. Clearance requirements: Must have an active Secret clearance. Physical requirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
