Principal Support Administrator
The Principal Support Administrator provides direct executive administrative support to one or more principals whose responsibilities require high-level coordination and discretion. This role involves managing complex calendars, preparing principals for meetings, and coordinating administrative support across teams. The work is performed independently with general guidance and requires sound judgment, confidentiality, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Proactively manage and deconflict executive calendars Prepare principals for meetings and engagements Coordinate administrative support for principal's staff Represent the principal in internal and external communications Generate reports and manage documentation Support travel planning and logistics Maintain filing and tracking systems for rapid information retrieval Ensure compliance with agency and IC protocols and policies Required Skills & Knowledge: Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Familiarity with travel planning and scheduling Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to represent principals professionally in meetings and events Critical thinking and analytical skills Research and collaboration capabilities Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion Adaptability to changing priorities and environments Minimum Qualifications: Experience: 45 years of progressively responsible administrative support, including 12 years at the executive level Education: Required: High School Diploma or GED; Preferred: Associate's or Bachelor's degree
