3rd Shift - Electrical Technician
As an Electrician, you will be responsible for the installation and repair of electrical systems, devices, and electrical/electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment. You will install power supply wiring and conduit for newly installed machines and equipment, such as robots, conveyors, and programmable controllers. Your role will include connecting power supply wires to machines and equipment, and diagnosing malfunctions, such as transformers, motors, and lighting fixtures, while replacing damaged or broken wires and cables. You will also troubleshoot PLC programming and various communication formats, replace faulty electrical components, and diagnose and repair faulty components like printed circuit boards. Essential Skills
Troubleshooting and repairing machinery in a manufacturing environment. Experience with 480V electricity. Troubleshooting PLCs. Ability to read schematics. Open to working at heights with safety harnesses. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Possession of a Journeyman's card is a plus. Associates' degree in electrical engineering or related field is a plus. Job Type & Location
This is a permanent position based out of Canton, Ohio. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $62400.00 - $89440.00/yr. Benefits available from day one (vision/medical/dental). Vested in 401k from day one. 10 paid holidays. Annual merit increases. Company pays for required metatarsal boots. Vacation time as well as sick time (will pay out at end of the year if not used). Annual bonuses. Attendance bonuses.
