Document Crunch is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise to join our growing team. The Customer Success Manager, Enterprise will drive the success of Document Crunch's Enterprise customers. You will succeed in this role when the customer succeeds in adopting and realizing value from their investment in Document Crunch. You will literally be helping improve the lives of our construction customers by providing them with AI-powered document compliance solutions. We're cutting-edge innovators. Make data-driven recommendations to your customers on how they can optimize the value of Document Crunch, based on customer analytics and industry best practices Craft value-based presentations that address customer business problems and accelerate the adoption of the Document Crunch platform Provide product roadmap and product release updates to your customers so that they can benefit from our leading-edge technology Foster a positive team culture by supporting and mentoring your fellow Crunchers Collaborate with all levels of the Document Crunch organization to develop best practices and drive Document Crunch's evolution as a market leader Develop a mastery of Document Crunch's products, professional services, and industry best practices Partner closely cross-functionally with Sales, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Marketing teams Travel to client sites, industry events, and other Document Crunch offices as needed
