Sr. Project Controls Specialist

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Sr. Project Controls Specialist to join our team supporting the Phase 2 program in partnership with the LCPA. This role will be based 100% onsite at our client's facility in Fort Myers, FL, and will play a vital part in the success of this high-profile infrastructure program. As a Sr. Project Controls Specialist, your contributions will include: Entering and managing project data within Procore Project Management Information System, ensuring timely and accurate processing Supporting Jacobs and LCPA Phase 2 activities including project oversight, documentation, and reporting Maintaining comprehensive records of project data and documents in Procore Tracking and organizing all project correspondence, including RFIs and submittals, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams Monitoring design changes and making sure construction teams have the latest drawings and specs Assisting the LCPA Project Manager with project controls efforts when needed Partnering with the Jacobs Program Director to produce the monthly Phase 2 status report Onsite employees are expected to attend a Jacobs Workplace on a full-time basis, as required by the nature of their role. Here's what you'll need: What you should have: A bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field) A minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in project management and controls Proficiency in Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project scheduling software Experience with project management tools and cost estimating Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills Commitment to working fully onsite at our Fort Myers location Jacobs' health and welfare benefits are designed to invest in you, and in the things you care about. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
