Hands-On Leadership: Own controllership and FP&A from day one, building out accounting processes and financial reporting. Strong Accounting & Controllership Foundation: They need someone to get the accounting function rock solidclean consolidation and cost accounting are top priorities as they prepare for their first audit. Assessing and training the current team as needed will also be key. FP&A Exposure & Financial Reporting Build-Out: Jump in fast on FP&Awithin a monthand lead the charge on building out financial reporting and dashboards. This role supports rapid growth and acquisition integration, so you'll be shaping how the numbers get reported and analyzed. Experience Managing Growth / M&A Integration: They're doubling revenue with multiple acquisitions either closed or coming down the pipe. You'll need to handle acquisition accounting complexity and scale finance processes to keep pace with both organic and M&A-driven growth. Responsibilities

Own the accounting function: Lead the accounting team, streamline the month-end close, and ensure accurate financial statements consolidated under a single entity. Manage cost accounting and prepare for a system conversion from QuickBooks planned for 2026. Drive FP&A efforts: Take charge of FP&A activities by building out financial reporting and dashboards, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and driving insightful budget vs actual variance analysis. Manage acquisition integration: Lead the accounting and financial integration of multiple acquisitions, ensuring seamless consolidation and reporting. Professionalize accounting operations: Enhance procure-to-pay and other critical workflows, strengthen internal controls, and prepare the organization for its inaugural audit. Build and develop the finance team: Evaluate current team capabilities, provide targeted training, and make strategic team-building decisions to scale the finance & accounting function in support of rapid growth. $175,000 - $215,000 a year
