Shipping/ Receiving Administrative Assistant Job Duties: Receiving parts into inventory using our DBS. Entering posting references into the computer Paper filing as needed Daily cycle counts of parts inventory Assisting with shipping packages using FedEx, UPS, and Spee-Dee software Light warehouse duties as assigned. Special projects as assigned.
