what you do and what you think matters. The Relief position provides flexible support across multiple roles in the Milk Production Department. This role ensures continuous operation by filling in various positions as needed and covering breaks and lunches. The Relief team member must be adaptable, dependable, and committed to maintaining safety and sanitation standards at all teams. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Operate the Milk HTST (High Temperature Short Time) system according to established protocols and quality standards. Monitor and operate filler equipment to ensure consistent product flow, quality, and efficiency. Assist as a relief operator in various areas, including the product line, cooler, raw receiving, and loading/unloading of case trailers. Provide break and lunch coverage for team members as assigned. Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines, including the correct use of tools and equipment, reporting hazards, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Perform tasks related to HTST and blending operations as required. Take on general relief duties as needed to support plant operations. Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors or management. Consistently follow all company safety protocols, which include understanding workplace hazards, using appropriate tools, reporting unsafe conditions, and assisting others to maintain a safe environment High school diploma or equivalent required. Understands all key roles within the production area and be able to perform duties across multiple positions. Experience in dairy manufacturing preferred. Communication: Communicate clearly and effectively through multiple channels

It also requires reaching and handling dairy products and pushing and pulling stacks of products weighing up to 200lbs. The work environment may require working in the cooler room with varying degrees of temperature and may include contact with water or dairy liquids. Exposed to a noise level of 90 decibels. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate/high. Wet/slippery work conditions.
