As a well-established property developer in the Portland and Southern Maine area, we take pride in self-performing much of our construction work, ensuring quality and consistency across every project. What You'll Do
Lead the installation of high-end interior and exterior finish materials: trim, casing, baseboards, crown molding, cabinetry, and doors. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure timely and precise execution. Deliver top-tier finish carpentry in both residential and commercial settings. Interpret blueprints and execute framing, restoration, painting, and formwork. Use hand and power tools with precision and safety. What You Bring
5+ years of finish carpentry experience in construction. Mastery of hand and power tools. Strong blueprint reading and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Valid driver's license. Bonus Skills
Experience in drywall, metal stud framing, and rough carpentry. Knowledge of woodworking, door and hardware installation. Familiarity with both residential and commercial construction environments. Why You'll Love Working With Us
