The Medical Office Rep is responsible for: Supporting the physician's office health care team Greeting and signing in patients Obtaining patient information Scheduling patient appointments Assisting with patient inquiries Arranging for other procedures, laboratory and consultations with referral doctors Collecting and posting payments Assisting patients with billing questions Ensuring completeness of encounter form prior to patient checkout Sorting and distributing mail Copying medical records Required Education: High School or Equivalent Experience: Required 6 months of healthcare Or 6 months of Customer Service Equal Opportunity Employer Veterans/Disabled
