Your leadership style sets the tone for the community ensuring thehighest degree of quality resident-directed care is maintained at all times.Who we are looking for:The ADON will be able to demonstrate composure, customerfocus, patience, and the ability to gain trust and establish rapport withresidents and your team. You must have at least 1-year experience supervisingand leading a nursing team including planning and directing resident-centeredcare and motivating your team to want to do their best.
