As the Merchandising Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the account team, contributing to the success of the brand across North America. This role offers an exciting opportunity to dive into the fast-paced world of beauty retail, collaborating with cross-functional teams and contributing to the brands overall growth.
As a Merchandising Coordinator, you will be immersed in the day-to-day operations, ensuring seamless execution of brand initiatives. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing samples, handling data entry for product assortments, and supporting the teams administrative needs. Youll collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, playing a key role in communication and timely information sharing. This role will provide exposure to various aspects of the business, offering valuable experience in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
What Youll Do: Facilitate clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely dissemination of key information and updates. Manage all aspects of brand team meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, report compilation, and logistical arrangements. Collaborate with the account team to review deliverables and timelines for new product launches, taking ownership of SKU details. Oversee the competitive management process, encompassing receiving, organizing, distributing, and tracking competitor information. Partner with the North American brand team on assortment strategy, preparing all necessary documentation for upload.
Must-Haves: 1-3 years of relevant professional corporate experience. Proven ability to work independently, effectively managing multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment, including independent prioritization and time management. Excellent interpersonal skills, thriving in a dynamic team environment with high energy and flexibility. Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks. Strong written and oral communication skills, facilitating clear and concise communication. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Adaptability and flexibility in navigating ambiguity and uncertain situations. Capacity to quickly learn and master new systems and tools. Genuine interest in the beauty and retail industries.
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $$19.18 to $20.27 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. About Aquent Talent:
