As a Training Specialist 1 (TS 1) with the Content Creators team of DPA Learning and Development assigned to the Work Services team, you will provide support and training to DPA's Work Services staff throughout the state, focusing on TANF and SNAP E&T. You will create and maintain a limited-scope curriculum focused on TANF case management and other internal work programs administered by the division and you will also draft and maintain new and ongoing standard operating procedures for the Work Services team. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as knowledge of division programs. It also requires the ability to interact effectively with division staff and other professionals. Training Specialist 1 . Minimum Qualifications: This job class uses competency-based minimum qualifications.
