New Jersey Resources (NJR) is seeking a dedicated and motivated Diversity Inclusion And Belonging Partner to assist the Director of Diversity in advancing the Company's diversity, inclusion and belonging strategy (DI&B) through outreach, training, and coordination of initiatives that support the overall goals. Major Responsibilities:
Assist with the day-to-day implementation, execution and promotion of company-wide DI&B strategy. Collaborate with departments to integrate DI&B training programs to maximize efficiencies. Assist with the planning and coordination of DI&B events (including handling all logistics such as event scheduling, catering, venue setup/breakdown, etc.), and provide outreach and support to external stakeholders. Manage budgets for DI&B events and other requests to ensure within budget goals. Research diversity best practices and make recommendations to the Director of DI&B and management. Work with departments to analyze metrics for reporting purposes to measure diversity programs, initiatives and participation on surveys. Assist in the development of DI&B communication strategies and assist with web content development for DI&B intranet, internet, and SharePoint. Assist the Director of DI&B with coaching and oversight of the Business Resource Groups and the formation of new groups. Create and manage the diversity event calendar and coordinate opportunities to support diversity programs. Assist with designing programs to achieve DI&B goals. Provide data analysis and assist in building action plans to promote and drive DI&B forward in respective areas. Assist in the development and management of workforce development programs that align with DI&B goals and support talent pipeline initiatives. Actively attend and represent NJR at community events, including evenings and weekends, to build relationships and promote DI&B efforts. Perform administrative duties related to departmental programs and events, reporting, correspondence, and other duties as needed. Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business, communication, human resources or related field preferred. 2 to 4 years of related experience in DI&B, human resources, customer and community outreach, and/or delivering training programs required; experience with workforce development planning is preferred. Highly motivated with excellent presence and strong communication skills. Strong computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Compensation: Expected base pay range for this role will be $66,300- $84,500. Base pay is based on several factors including, experience, skills, and knowledge. This role will be eligible to participate in an annual short term incentive program. Benefits: Medical insurance coverage from day 1; 401k vesting immediate.
