Celestar Corporation is seeking a Senior-Level Intelligence Planner (Force Management) supporting the United States Central Command (USCENTCOM) Directorate of Intelligence (J2) located at MacDill AFB in Tampa, Florida and at a variety of other locations throughout CONUS/OCONUS and the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR). The contractor shall provide support to the assessment of ongoing operational activity as well as near term intelligence plans to ensure Force Management integration into and synchronization with operations to align intelligence operations, actions, and activities with both command and control (C2) and resources. This is accomplished through support to intelligence planning events; activities and forums; and the maintenance of intelligence synchronization portals, dashboards, and other interfaces. Assist with planning, executing, and evaluating Global Force Management (GFM) requirements for USCENTCOM J2 and components. Process Requests For Forces (RFF) from USCENTCOM J3 and Joint Manning Documents (JMD) from USCENTCOM J1 for USCENTCOM J2. Review Theater Coordinated Assistance (TCA) requests from USCENTCOM J3 for USCENTCOM J2. Review Component Combined Joint Statement of Requirements (CJSOR) and Component Crisis Establishment (CE) requirements for intelligence vacancies. Publish meeting notes upon conclusion of all meetings. This subtask requires the contractor to be experienced with utilizing the Force Requirements Extended Data Base (FRED) and the Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM). Required Experience:
Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years. Desired Education: Masters degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelors degree related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related senior experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Masters degree.
