We are seeking a skilled

Desktop Support Technician

to provide onsite, hands-on technical support for end users. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining desktop environments, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring optimal functionality of end-user systems. You will collaborate with internal IT teams and deliver exceptional service to support business operations across a wide range of technologies. Required Skills: 2+ years of overall IT support experience. At least 1 year of recent experience in desktop support, including installation, upgrade, and management of Microsoft desktop environments. Proficiency with troubleshooting hardware, software, and network-connected devices. Familiarity with Active Directory desktop integration. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset. Preferred Skills: Industry certifications such as

CompTIA A+ ,

Network+ , or

Microsoft MCSA . Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field. Duties: Provide onsite technical support for desktops, laptops, wireless devices, firewalls, routers, printers, monitors, projectors, and peripherals. Install, configure, and support Microsoft Windows operating systems (XP through Windows 10). Install, configure, and support Microsoft Office suites (2003 through 2019). Perform software and hardware installation, maintenance, and upgrades. Troubleshoot, install, and configure network and local printers. Image, patch, and update desktop and laptop systems. Support mobile devices and remote connectivity solutions. Resolve desktop issues related to Active Directory integration. Track and manage service tickets while maintaining clear communication with end users. Deliver high-quality customer service in a fast-paced technical environment.
