Data Science (AI/IA) to join our Health Care Compliance team located in New Brunswick, New Jersey; Horsham, Pennsylvania; Irvine, California; Raritan, New Jersey; Titusville, New Jersey; or West Chester, Pennsylvania. Data Science (AI/IA) is a core member of the Health Care Compliance (HCC) - Compliance Data Management, Analytics & Reporting (CDMAR) team. Responsibilities: Oversee our HCC GenAI / IA strategy, implementation and execution in collaboration with CDMAR colleagues Manage team in a matrix environment and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations. Develop and communicate strategic direction for Gen AI/IA & Computational Sciences processes that align with organizational goals and objectives. Provide guidance and oversight of GenAI use case submissions in alignment with governance best practices. Empower teams to create and manage intelligent, AI-driven agents. Leveraging powerful generative AI models and advanced natural language processing techniques. Develop and implement Generative AI technologies to enable developers, researchers, and business users to conversationally interact with reliable J&J knowledgebases Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field required. An advanced degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in AI, GenAI, or IA-related roles, preferably in healthcare or life sciences. Expertise in generative AI technologies and natural language processing (NLP). Familiarity with governance best practices in AI strategy and implementation. Experience with AI-driven agent development and management. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation to inform strategic decision-making. Proven track record of leadership and team management skills; ability to inspire, develop and motivate teams. Excellent English oral and written communication and interpersonal skills to convey complex concepts clearly. Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with organizational goals. Proven ability to drive change while creating and executing innovative plans to improve team performance and compliance. Ability to collaborate and influence effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., Technical Services, Corporate Business Technology and HCC Officer colleagues). Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities. Understanding of industry regulations and standards related to AI use in healthcare.
