MSA has an opportunity for a Project Manager Engineering - Wastewater in our St. Paul, MN office on the Water Service Line. You will have the opportunity to see, and contribute in, projects from start to finish. The various projects you'll be working on make a significant and positive impact on the communities you serve. This listing is for our St. Paul, MN location. Responsibilities
The work you will do includes: Project management including project planning, scoping, budgeting and QA/QC Client relations Design of wastewater infrastructure projects Assist with mentoring junior engineering staff Preparation of plans, details, specifications, and bidding documents Preparation of technical reports and regulatory permits for projects Development of project funding packages with assistance from funding staff Shared learning in a collaborative work environment Qualifications
What you bring includes: Bachelor's degree in Environmental or Civil Engineering required Experience with client interaction including council/board meetings required Project management experience required 5+ years of prior experience with water/wastewater projects required Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D, BIM, BioWin, and Arc View preferred Benefits
