The Director of Veterinary Services, CARE will perform all the duties of a licensed veterinarian, including providing compassionate, high-quality, practical veterinary care to a wide range of cruelty, neglect, and at-risk animals and supervise LVTs. Veterinarian License - Other Language: English (Required) Education and Work Experience: Doctorate: Veterinary Medicine (Required) 3+ years in GP, specialty, and/or shelter setting, DVM degree (or equivalent) with NY State veterinary license., Fear Free Shelter certification within 6 months of hire date., Previous experience in shelters preferred but not required.
