Help Desk Analyst
The client is looking for five Help Desk Analysts to assist with the additional call volume due to PRISM go live. PRISM will be a significant change for all employees accessing the new HR system and we need to be able to provide users with support if they have difficulties. Location: Augusta, Maine. Job type: Contract. Salary: $27.21 - 27.22 per hour. Work hours: 8am to 5pm. Education: Associates. Responsibilities: Provides technical support.
