The Opportunity We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to drive growth within the Automotive market in the Americas region. At Allegro, we operate as "One Allegro," fostering seamless collaboration across teams and geographies. What You Will Do Lead engagements with key Automotive accounts in North America, building strong partnerships. Directly interact with decision-makers to understand technical roadmaps and position Allegro's product portfolio for design wins. Spearhead customer RFQ responses, ensuring timely and competitive proposals. Actively influence customer technical roadmaps to integrate Allegro solutions. Partner with Tier 1 suppliers and Allegro account sales teams to secure platform and project wins, embracing a "One Allegro" approach. Conduct market research and competitive analysis. Align local technical requirements with Business Units, define new product opportunities, and enable the ecosystem for Allegro products. Collaborate with Business Units to develop and implement account promotion strategies and targeted marketing campaigns within the Americas. Maintain a deep understanding of Automotive market trends for sensor and power products, including technical advancements, emerging applications, and competitor activities. Proactively develop new customer relationships and identify sales opportunities, focusing on high-growth areas through prospecting, lead qualification, and needs analysis. Provide comprehensive product training and professional consultation, acting as a trusted advisor to guide customers toward optimal Allegro solutions. Work closely with regional sales managers to develop and implement effective sales strategies, including forecasting, account planning, and performance tracking. Consistently exemplify Allegro's core values: Innovation with Purpose, Customers First, and One Allegro. Who You Are Bachelor's or higher degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering or a related technical field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry within roles such as Account Manager, Business Development Manager (BDM), Product Marketing, or Field Application Engineer (FAE). Extensive experience with Automotive accounts is highly desired. Familiarity with magnetic sensors, interface sensors, motor drivers, and power management devices is a strong plus. Nexteer semiconductor sales experience is a significant plus. Deep understanding of the sensor and power market, including technical trends and key applications within the Automotive sector. Broad and comprehensive knowledge of semiconductor technology and various electronic systems. Proactive, self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative team spirit. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Highly developed strategic thinking and storytelling abilities. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
