Managing teams of self-perform crews and any subcontractors that may be assisting Tracking and controlling the costs and schedule of the project at the field level Responsible for overall safety of personnel within the scope of work Troubleshooting and resolving issues within the field in a timely manner Providing regular coaching and feedback to Assistant Superintendents and Forepersons What You'll Need

Self-perform substation construction experience up to 45k V 5 years' experience supervising self-perform construction crews Progressive view on both safety practices and program implementation Ability to review the bid package for accuracy, completion, and electrical scope Able to pass an MVR Check, Background Check, Physical, and Drug Test Willingness to travel and relocate to the jobsite (100% travel with rotations) What Will Set You Apart

Management overseeing substation subcontractors Experience coordinating with transmission operators and grid ISO's Proficiency in areas such as T-Line, inter-connect systems, switchgear installations, and HV collection/distribution systems Electrical Licenses (Journeyman, Master, etc.) Four-year degree in a construction or engineering related field What's In It For You
