Office Coordinator (Temporary, Part-Time)
We're looking for a proactive and dependable Office Coordinator to help keep our NYC HQ running smoothly. This is a temporary, part-time role for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming and well-organized workspace. You'll be the go-to person for keeping the office tidy, stocked, and ready for the team to do their best work. What you'll do: Keep shared spaces, including the kitchen and lounge, clean, organized, and stocked with snacks, coffee, and other essentials Place regular orders for snacks, beverages, and office supplies Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages Submit and track building maintenance requests for our 180 HQ location Set up desks and workstations for new hires, ensuring they feel welcome on day one Help support in-office events by coordinating catering, setup, and cleanup Manage building and gym access for employees Coordinate the delivery and setup of office furniture and equipment What you'll have: Minimum 1 year of Customer Service experience Experience in office coordination or hospitality is a plus but not required Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently A friendly and helpful attitude Willingness to pitch in wherever needed, including light lifting and restocking We aim to pay competitively for our size and industry. The hourly range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 USD per hour, but we will consider location, skill level and experience to determine the final offer.
