Client Overview: We are hiring for a leading technology company focused on empowering customers through cloud capacity. Role Summary: As a Mid-Level Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for supporting Microsoft Cloud solutions by managing supply and demand shaping, optimizing inventory management, and driving process improvements. Key Responsibilities

Act as the key link between the Capacity Planning Team and the Build Order & Fulfillment Team. Utilize data and analytics to match supply with capacity planning and customer demand requirements. Establish and define key metrics and performance indicators to drive process improvements. Maintain company inventory, minimizing overstock and out-of-stock occurrences. Analyze supply and demand of Microsoft's products and forecast accordingly. Monitor inventory supply and implement tools for inventory management. Develop and drive key performance indicators and metrics. Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful execution and delivery of finished goods. Continuously evaluate opportunities and support process updates to enhance supply chain performance. Manage and communicate trade-offs between suppliers and business needs. Identify and implement continuous improvements and process initiatives. Experience We Are Looking For

MUST-Have Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Ops/Industrial/Manufacturing engineering, Business, or equivalent experience. 4-7 years' supplier management experience in an Electronics or high-volume supply chain. 4+ years of program management and data analytics experience. Strong understanding of MRP, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Access, and Power BI. Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Master's degree in relevant field. Additional years of supplier management experience in an Electronics or high-volume supply chain. Knowledge of Microsoft products and services. Exciting Opportunity
