About the Role
As a Technical Program Manager for Operations, Maintenance and RMA in our Data Center Operations team, you will be the primary leader and owner of all RMA processes and procedures across our GPU infrastructure. You'll work closely with the infrastructure team to define and shape the tools that will support these operations, while driving operational excellence. This role combines strategic process ownership with hands-on program management, requiring both leadership in establishing best practices and collaboration in building the systems that will scale our operations.
Focus
Own and lead all RMA processes end-to-end, establishing procedures, timelines, and quality standards for hardware lifecycle management
Define requirements and collaborate on development of RMA management tools, ensuring they meet operational needs and scale with growth
Drive cross-functional initiatives between operations, engineering, and vendor teams to optimize maintenance protocols and minimize downtime
Build and maintain comprehensive documentation for RMA procedures, vendor relationships, and escalation pathways
About You
Proven expertise in data center infrastructure and cloud environments, with deep understanding of RMA procedures and server hardware management
Track record of excellence in managing cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
Skilled at engaging with customers and third-party vendors to understand requirements, manage expectations, and navigate challenging situations diplomatically
Strong analytical capabilities with hands-on experience in ticketing platforms, data analysis, and workflow design
Nice to have
Experience with GPU infrastructure and high-performance computing environments
Background in implementing DCIM (Data Center Infrastructure Management) solutions
Experience defining tool requirements and working with engineering teams on implementation
