IT Advisor-Technology Consulting-SAP-BRIM-Manager
Provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology to improve their operations with a focus on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity in the digital era. Lead and deliver quality SAP projects or workstreams. Work with the key stakeholders to understand their needs and advise on SAP system capabilities. Liaise with stakeholders and technical teams to translate needs into business solutions. Initiate requirement gathering and blueprinting. Complete workflows and architect solutions including the functional design of the solution. Test solutions and write documentation. Complete configurations and/or integrations with SAP and non-SAP systems. Establish relationships with client personnel at appropriate levels. Consistently deliver quality client services. Monitor progress, manage risk, and ensure key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am
5:30 pm. Minimum requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, a Master's degree in Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations or a related field and 4 years of related work experience will be accepted. Must have 4 years of experience providing SAP consulting and/or advisory services (including strategy, design, configuration, and implementation) within a professional services firm. Must have 3 years of hands-on technical experience with the following SAP modules: SAP BRIM. Must have 2 years experience in S4/HANA. Must have 2 full lifecycle SAP BRIM implementations while employed with a professional services firm, from planning, to configuration, to go-live. Must have 3 years of experience creating and leading SAP BRIM workshops for external clients. Must have 4 years of professional experience in designing and presenting client-facing PowerPoint presentations. Must have 4 years of experience gathering requirements and working with offshore team member(s) and onsite process architects for coordination and day-to-day delivery of projects. Must have 4 years of experience in translating business requirements into end-to-end SAP-enabled solutions, including gathering requirements, solution design, building, testing and solution deployment. Must have 2 years of experience managing teams of technology professionals. Must have 3 years of project management experience within a professional services firm, including scope, timing, resource allocation and performance. Travel required up to 50%, of which 10% may be international, to serve client needs. Employer will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience.
