Broadridge is seeking a Director, Client Policy Implementation, to play a critical, individual contributor role at the intersection of client consulting, proxy voting policy deployment, and internal governance expertise. Reporting to the Global Head of Custom Policy, this Director will act as a senior subject matter expert, driving both client and internal stakeholder success. We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work from home. Key Responsibilities:
Custom Policy Implementation Partner directly with external clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements for custom proxy voting policy implementation. Serve as the key consultant, translating client goals into actionable policy solutions utilizing Broadridge's technology and services. Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure client requirements are feasible, scalable, and accurately executed. Act as an ongoing resource to clients throughout the implementation process and post-implementation. Internal Advisory Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on proxy voting, investor stewardship, and industry regulatory trends. Develop and deliver training and educational sessions to internal teams to increase awareness and knowledge of governance best practices and stewardship trends. Act as an internal resource for questions related to proxy policy, governance, and emerging industry standards. Presentations, Analysis & Reporting Create compelling client and internal presentations to explain complex policy requirements, stewardship trends, and Broadridge's value proposition. Design and generate ongoing reporting, analytics, and insights related to client engagements, policy implementations, and governance activities. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, public policy, or related discipline required; advanced degree preferred. 8+ years of experience in proxy voting, corporate governance, investor relations, or a related area; hands-on client consulting strongly preferred. Deep understanding of industry trends, SEC/ESG regulations, and stewardship frameworks. Experience collaborating with internal product or technology teams on solution implementation. Proven ability to communicate complex regulatory or policy concepts to diverse audiences, internally and externally. Strong organizational and project management skills; comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously. Exceptional presentation, training, and facilitation skills. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, etc.). Base Salary range $150,000.00-$165,000.00. Bonus Eligible.
