Next Generation Exploitation Analyst (EA2)

We are seeking a Next Generation Exploitation Analyst (EA2) to support our mission to defend and protect our national security. Responsibilities may include: Apply understanding of adversary networks, network defenses, and cyber network operational capabilities to develop exploitation plans and make operational adjustments as plans are executed Collaborate to identify access and collection gaps that can be satisfied through cyber collection and/or preparation activities Leverage all authorized resources and analytic techniques to penetrate targeted networks Assess data for new or continued opportunities Communicate complex information concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner Create comprehensive strategies to develop and maintain accesses, conduct remote exploitation and provide technical assistance Analyze intelligence information, technical data, and exploitation opportunities Evaluate, analyze, and synthesize large quantities of data into high quality, fused targeting/intelligence products Qualifications: 7 years' experience with an associate's degree OR 5 years' experience with a bachelor's degree OR 3 years' experience with a master's degree OR 1 year experience with a PhD Experience in computer or information systems design/development/analysis roles. Experience may also include engineering hardware and/or software, programming, computer/network security, vulnerability analysis, penetration testing, computer forensics, information assurance, systems engineering, and/or network and systems administration. Degree in Network Engineering, Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or related field (e.g., General Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Forensics, Cyber Security, Software Engineering, Information Assurance, or Computer Security). Note that 18 semester hours of military training/coursework in networking, computer science, or cyber topics is equivalent to an associate's degree. Completion of military trainings such as JCAC (Joint Cyber Analysis Course) may be considered towards the relevant experience requirement (i.e., 24-week JCAC course may count as 6 months of experience) or may be considered equivalent to a technical associates degree. Foreign language proficiency and Defense Language Proficiency Test (DLPT) scores may be considered as relevant experience. Active TS SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required Additional Qualifications: Cyber Security related Industry Certifications are a plus: GCIA, PenTest+, Cloud+, GCFE, GPEN, GXPN, CCDE, CCIE, OSCP, OSWP, OSEP, RHCA, etc. Peraton offers enhanced benefits to employees working on this critical National Security program, which include heavily subsidized employee benefits coverage for you and your dependents, 25 days of PTO accrued annually up to a generous PTO cap and participation in an attractive bonus plan. Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
