Commercial Lines Support
The Commercial Lines Support Representative is responsible for assisting Commercial Lines with administrative tasks. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Essential Tasks: Copy jobs with provided specific instructions Typing/preparing proposal tabs as instructed Printing proposals as instructed Compiling proposals in either binders or by using binding machine Assist customers with service requests by phone and email, process policy changes, assist with billing and claims Provide proof of insurance Identify opportunities to engage with customer Enthusiastically engage in company culture and corporate goals Identify complex requests and triage to designated Account Manager or carrier Maintain updated customer file including policy information, correspondence, and contact information Support Account Manager with processing changes and other tasks in the system Various other clerical tasks as instructed Core Competencies: Ability to Analyze and Solve Problems: Skill in recognizing challenges, exploring options, and implementing effective solutions in a timely manner Attention to Detail: A strong focus on completing tasks and projects accurately and thoroughly Communication Skills: Capable of expressing ideas clearly in both verbal and written forms and engaging with various audiences Timely Task Completion: Ability to finish tasks and projects efficiently, managing resources and priorities effectively Team Collaboration: Willingness to work together with others, promoting teamwork and supporting shared goals Client Focus: Dedication to understanding and addressing the needs of clients and stakeholders to ensure their satisfaction Dependability: Acknowledgment of the importance of being present and punctual.
