As a Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Lead, you will play a pivotal role in the Aftermarket Automotive business. This high-impact position will be responsible for leading the Sales and Operations Planning process across multiple product lines, aligning demand with supply and inventory to support revenue and profitability goals. You will play a key role in enabling cross-functional decision-making and driving operational excellence through accurate forecasting, inventory planning, and collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Executive Leadership. Key Responsibilities

Lead the Sales, Inventory & Operations Planning (SIOP) process to align revenue and inventory strategies across product lines. Track and analyze demand variances, integrating past sales data and forward-looking key metrics to influence future forecasts. Coordinate cross-functional data points and collaborate with the Sales team to track and report forecast accuracy. Develop and deliver data-backed presentations recommending forecast adjustments to meet revenue objectives. Utilize analytical tools and critical thinking to adapt to shifting business dynamics and identify customer impact drivers. Partner with executive leadership to analyze and adjust inventory levels and profit margins in support of financial goals. Collaborate with Sales, Demand Planning, and Warehouse Operations to incorporate new business opportunities into the S&OP process. Manage and update forecasts within multiple MRP/ERP systems to ensure customer supply and inventory readiness. What We're Looking For

Education/Experience

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Operations Management or related fields 5+ Years of experience in SIOP, Demand Planning, or Supply Chain roles. Automotive aftermarket experience is a plus. Significant and demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Education/Experience

Preferred Qualifications: Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning processes and present actionable insights to senior leadership. Advanced Excel, Power Point, and Power BI skills; experience with forecasting tools and MRP/ERP systems. Strong business acumen with the ability to balance inventory efficiency with revenue goals. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Highly organized, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Key Job Skills
