Now, we're looking for an Assistant Manager who's ready to help us take fun to the next level.
What You'll Do: As Assistant Manager, you'll be part ringleader, part operations wizard, and part guest experience guru. Your role includes: Leading, training, and motivating our dynamic team to deliver outstanding guest service Supporting daily park operations, from attractions and events to food & beverage areas Maintaining a safe, clean, and high-energy environment Jumping in wherever needed - from troubleshooting arcade games to keeping the vibe upbeat Working closely with the GM to drive team performance, sales, and service excellence Keeping the fun on track - managing staff schedules, inventory, and guest feedback What We're Looking For:
2+ years of leadership experience in hospitality, amusement, or entertainment settings High-energy, guest-first mindset with a love for making people smile Strong problem-solving skills and cool-headedness under pressure Weekend and evening availability (it's when the fun happens!) Bonus points if you can beat the high score on Skee-Ball Perks of the Park:
