About the Role
As a Parts Sales Representative you will work on a variety of tasks ranging from answering customer calls/emails, monitor and respond to online inquires, quoting and identifying silo and vessel parts and equipment and entering parts orders in the ERP system. This role is responsible for communicating orders to the warehouse and relaying lead times, shipping and pricing information to the customer and help resolve customer issues. Responsibilities
Respond and consult to existing and prospective customers. Communicate client expectations to various support departments for manufacturing parts. Maintain customer files and system accuracy. Exercise decision making ability to determine best product and identification to meet customer needs. Initiate proactive outbound telemarketing calls daily to obtain new business Other duties as assigned Qualifications
High school education plus two (2) years of formal education in Sales, Business or Administration At least 2 years of experience in sales Leadership Attributes
